The black winter truffle is known all over the world, it comes mainly from the Norcia and Spoleto area. Characterized by a rounded shape, hard peridium, very dark tending to black, black-purplish gleba when ripe with white and thin veins.
Aromatic scent, very pleasant flavor with sweet notes.
