Mushroom and Black Truffle Sauce

This product is a result of an ancient Umbrian recipe that calls for three different types of coarsely chopped mushrooms, pine nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and shavings of our most fragrant black summer truffles. It is a traditional sauce for home-made pasta, but it is also excellent on bruschetta or as a topping on focaccia and “torte al testo”.
