White Truffle

It is the most prized truffle par excellence, characterized by an irregular shape with a smooth light yellow peridium, sometimes tending to greenish. The pulp (gleba) instead has shades from white to hazelnut, with thin and branched veins given by the symbiotic plants under which it develops.
